Corporate, Commercial and Investment Law Practice

BBP Law assists clients in applying and securing corporate registrations with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other post registration requirements, as well as in corporate compliance. It provides assistance in registering and securing incentives under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), other similar economic zones, and incentives under other laws. The firm also provides corporate housekeeping and corporate secretarial services, and assists clients in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and other arrangements and transactions relating to their business operations. Services also include corporate and transactional structuring to address clients’ specific needs. In addition, the firm provides assistance to foreign expatriates in securing all kinds of visas in the Philippines.

Tax Law Practice

BBP Law advises clients on tax compliance requirements and the tax implications of various transactions and arrangements. The firm assists clients request for tax rulings from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on matters requiring clarification and confirmation of tax rules, confirmation off application of tax treaties as well as on estate planning and other forms of tax planning and structuring. It also assists clients in filing protests against tax assessments, and represents them in cases before the Court of Tax Appeals and other appellate courts.

Family Law Practice

BBP Law handles adoption, declaration of nullity of marriage, legal separation, custody and support cases as well as applications for protection orders.

Intellectual Property Law

Labor Law Practice
